Hello, We're MONITORAPP.

It seems to be a very warm day with the weather that suddenly seems to be the end of April.

Due to warmer weather than usual, cherry blossoms are blooming 1~2 weeks faster. I hope you don't miss it and enjoy it. 🙂

On March 23rd (Thursday), training for new entrants was conducted in the first quarter of 2023.

Most of MONITORAPP uses occasional recruitment to hire talented people, so we provide training for new entrants every three months.

A total of 8 people attended the training for new entrants held on the 23rd, and it was held as a time to talk about the current status,

vision, and goals of MONITORAPP's business, as well as HR and organizational culture.

Let me show you a picture of the day.

Each training session has a slightly different atmosphere depending on the personalities of the new entrants.

This time, they asked various questions about MONITORAPP's business areas and HR system.

I think it means that they are curious and immersed in MONITORAPP.

At the end of the day, we had chicken and beer, and it was a great time to talk more.
