Hello, We are MONITORAPP.
The last few days have been a bit warmer in the afternoons, like May.
This week, it's supposed to rain and then cool down again, so it seems to be an ever-changing weather pattern.
Still, it's been dry, so hopefully this rain will help with the dryness.
We've been introducing various systems and culture of MONITORAPP through our blogs and answering any questions you may have.
This year, we have a new program that we would like to introduce to you, which is the 'Recreation Condo Program.'
Recently, Netflix's culture has been in the spotlight.
Reed Hastings, CEO of Netflix, wrote a book about the company's culture, and I think it was very impressive to see that
Netflix gives employees maximum autonomy and encourages them to be the best people they can be in their jobs.
One of the things that impressed me the most was the unlimited vacation time.
In fact, being able to take unlimited vacations is autonomous from the employee's point of view, but I think it requires a lot of pressure and competence.
In the case of MONITORAPP, the work culture that we pursue is 'Work with high concentration during work hours and leave without being noticed!
And make sure to refresh yourself!".
That's why we provide a one-month paid vacation, which is longer than other companies, when rewarding employees for years of service (5/10 years).
To come back to the main point, we are operating and supplementing various systems to establish and activate this work culture.
The newly operated 'Recreation Condo Program' is one such program.
As we started operating this year, it may not be enough for everyone to enjoy yet, but we will continue to expand it as we see how it goes.
We hope that MONITORAPP members who have worked hard will be able to refresh themselves through these programs
and continue to come up with creative and new ideas in their work.
